The team is under the same but kinda new leadership as myself (Josh) and Robert will be the ones heading this “charge” in our local communities of the lower peninsula.

This is my brother Zeek, the guy in the chair. I do not know the other guy.
Zeek has always been a great listener and motivational. Helped me out a lot in the past.
I really dig this tik tok he did today so I asked his permission to share it with this page.

This kind of stuff is bothersome. This was a post on a different page I follow. This person thinks they are at their end but reached out in a way by posting this.
Due to that, many MANY people commented on that post with their contact info and I believe this person got some help from others that are in the group.

Please know, even though this Homer page has been pretty quiet lately, we are still here for our community.

Who would be up for getting a bunch of bikes together and rolling down and back on the spit while these awesome individuals are doing their thing? We could even wait for them at the finish line?

We welcome you to come join us, Saturday May 22nd at 10am at the base of the spit, for the 2021 Law Enforcement Torch Run.

The Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics is the largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle, raising $50 million for Special Olympics Programs around the world in 2019. More than 85,000 law enforcement officers carried the Flame of Hope across 35 nations, raising awareness and funds for Special Olympics. Special Olympics Alaska is an accredited program of Special Olympics Inc., a global non-profit organization that provides sports training and competition to people with intellectual disabilities.

The Alaska Law Enforcement Torch Run and Pledge Drive is a 5k running event that will bring together Special Olympics Athletes, Alaska Law Enforcement, and Alaska Community members to raise money for our athletes and sport programs. Every dollar raised in a community stays in that community! It does not cost anything to register, but in order to receive a limited edition LETR T-shirt we have a $35 fundraising minimum.

If you can't make it but would still like to donate to this worthy cause, you can click here: https://www.classy.org/event/special-olympics-alaska-law-enforcement-torch-run/e324335

Hope to see you there!
