Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary, so I thought I'd share one of my very first invitation suites... Mine 🥰

I have always loved invitations and designing the first glimpse of a wedding has been a dream of mine for years. However, when creating your own, it is so much harder especially with a multitude of ideas.

I fell in love when ours come through the post, for not only being excited about our day but that my ideas looked better than expected. This is also where my love of textured card comes from. A simple design made elegant!

With shops, pubs and weddings officially back, what is the first thing you're going to do?

Today is the first day I get to prepare for all the upcoming weddings with the handmade paper and I couldn't be more excited.

As an invite nerd, I think that the envelopes the invites are sent in are somewhat underrated.

Would you not be curious with a vellum envelope through the door or is it just me??

Who doesn't love a simple design?

Are digital invites just a flat gif/e-card that should have been left in the late 90s? 🤷🏻‍♀️

As a massive stationery lover and digital graphic designer, I've always had an assumption that digital invites are not captivating as print and, frankly, lifeless. It's hard to show the passion for printed stationery in digital form.

So creating this piece (Hello IG/FB story) was more gratifying than expected! 🤔 Could it be one of my favourite creations?

Has everyone changed their clocks or just left them?

Only the car left for me but spending the day experimenting with new designs was more fun, especially with accidentally creating the news designs in the same colour scheme 🤷🏻‍♀️
