jingle jangle——

What I absolutely loved about this elopement was that right after, they took their families to to experience Jingle Jangle. Nothing like experiencing the holiday than being squeezed into a perfect cozy corner with the people who love you the most, while sipping on Guinness and Irish Coffee! This space is special to these two because this was where they had their very first date. From Switzerland to Hawaii, the family did not disappoint with fun cocktail orders! It was in this corner booth area that the two shared their personal vows and of course, I cried 🥹😂

We’re nearing the finish line and I’m running towards it!

I just adore these two and their love story that continues to unfold. Love has no boundaries with these two and while they celebrated with their closest friends and family for an elopement, next year they’ll be partying it BIG in Switzerland! I wish them nothing but the best as newlyweds ❤️

Your hand in mine ❤️

Came back to NYC with a bit of a cold (of course) but also came back with a full heart 🥹 I needed something to pull through for me and being in The Scottish Highlands really was that thang ☁️

Today, I get to reunite with some dear friends of mine as I celebrate the union of two beautiful souls, next to my honey.

While in The UK I was told that I am *cancer free* and that’s something to celebrate. I have 4 more weddings (after today), 1 engagement and 1 maternity session for 2024 and I’m so grateful for all the couples, clients and pals who are loving me through this delicate time for me! I’m truly giving my all and once I wrap my final wedding I’ll be taking a lot of personal time to walk the path of finally feeling whole again! And that begins with a major surgery. I feel nervous and anxious but everyone’s love and support really is everything to me 💕

A little life update 💌

At the end of September my doctor notified me after a series of ultrasounds that they had found numerous fibroids alongside a large mass inside my uterus. I was then sent to see a specialist OBGYN to further my next steps.

I saw a specialist and ended up getting another round of ultrasounds where they confirmed that not only is it large, but it is in dangerous place (my uterine cave). Last weekend I was rushed to the ER because I was in immense pain where I could barely stand, I was in and out of consciousness, and felt incredibly nauseous. After they pumped me with fluids and morphine I checked out and was followed up with a biopsy.

During my biopsy they tried another ultrasound to check my endo walls but the mass was too large to determine. Today will hopefully be my last MRI where they can determine whether or not this its cancerous, but regarldess, I have surgery scheduled in December— likely a hysterectomy.

I’ve been keeping it under wraps because I’ve been feeling more overwhelmed than ever but it has taken a toll on my work. Thankfully, clients have continually extended grace as I maneuver through it all. I’ve been relentless taking rest where it is needed, staying hydrated, and having client check ins over zoom regardless of how puffy I am. I’m on all sorts of medication that has me all over the place so I’ve been intentionally laying low.

You blink and suddenly December is around the corner 🌿

No one is hyper focused on a calendar year more so than me 🤡 But also, I feel like sometimes no one understands that we’re on borrowed time more than me 🥹

Within 3 weeks I will have 3 weddings, photoshoots in Central Park, 2 client meetups, parents coming into town and then hopping on a flight to Europe ✈️ But first— today, a pal from home is visiting because we’re going to see and I’ve been looking forward to this day 💃

Time is flying and with each packed week, making sure I get quality honey time and time with our friends is a top priority.
