Oh, hi August!

It’s hard to imagine how busy my summer would be back in January when I was recovering from the surgeries but wow 🥵

The Adirondacks trip was incredible—we absolutely hope to go back to this specific area! This week we leave for a lake house and at the end of the month we’ll be heading to Acadia. Summer will always be ours ♥️

I’m in the break of my wedding season and will have 8 more through the second half and I can’t wait for it all! Sessions and trips in between, of course 😘

I am still in the midst of my summer break!

This past weekend I got to take maternity photos for a previous 2024 couple of mine 🥹 and the remainder of my July is filled with 7 more sessions.

August will essentially be free of any sort of session and will be full of more getaways and sunshine—I plan on soaking every bit of it up. Before we know it, September is around the corner and I jump back into wedding season with 4 weddings!

Naturally, the couple featured in these photos will be one of those September weddings 🤩

Heaven couldn’t wait 🕊️

I took this photo while the bride’s mother helped put her veil on—she was in the midst of lifting the veil to sneak underneath and kiss her and shower her with affirmations. They spoke of the bride’s brother who was no longer with us in the physical world but expressed feeling him there with them in the spiritual world. It wasn’t even a year since he passed. It never ceases to amaze me that I get the honor of being in rooms where moments like this happen 🥹
