We have been a little caught up in the summer madness hence the lack of posts recently but here is a little throwback to an amazing event last month!

We had the pleasure of catering for the Sherborne Classics and Supercars Show VIP Tent and what a great day it was.

The team worked so hard to put on a fabulous show and raise an impressive amount of money for worthy charities!

🌶️ Bang Bang Tofu 🌶️

Inspired by a dish I ate in an epic vegan restaurant in the Philippines. Crispy tofu tossed in honey and gochujang, a good helping of gochujang mayo and crispy sesame and peanuts.
