This is what a 40 foot container looks like with a dismantled 7.500L quark maker and associated equipment. These are big spaces! In a few weeks it is in the Big Apple making loads of cheese.

Mario Olianas has a small dairy in Leeds. He works from home. He is a chef who branched out in cheese making. He is originally from Sicily and his various types of Pecorino, Ricotta and more are divine. He does not have an online shop, but I am a lucky guy and today I received his collection.
