Recently I had the pleasure of photographing the colorful UV-Art made by Squeak and Bubble, which they showcased at this years Australian Festival of Chamber Music in front of the Townsville Civic Theatre. All these vibrant colors of the >3m large installations were truly fascinating!

A very exciting and hot 🔥 night came to a close earlier this week at the North Queensland Potters' Association Inc.

Using the old Japanese 'Raku' firing technique, the potters fired their art pieces at ~1000°C, then removed them straight from the raging kiln when they were still red hot and shock cooled them in leaves, hair and other combustibles to create unique patterns!

Christopher Brunner is a passionate Photographer, Marine Biologist and Diving Instructor. Based in Townsville, he is providing fine art photography from all angels, using camera, drone and underwater technology.

His passion for the ocean led him to all seven continents. With his images he seeks to connect audiences with the environment by focusing on subjects in their natural environment.
