A totally fascinating and inspirational chat with Katey about her expertise in coaching on how to handle toxic people.

We all know some right?! Katey tells me how she got involved with helping others cope, the signs to identify and why people are toxic towards others, and how to handle them too.

She has written 3 books and has some impressive clients, she's studied film production and script writing - worked on Harry Potter ! but concentrates on coaching people to cope and handle toxic people and encourage people to have better lives. I certainly learned a lot from our chat.

John just rowed 3000 miles across the sea for 52 days from The Canaries to Antigua for 'The World's Toughest Row'

His new single 'Promises (Runnin and Runnin) is out now (Feb 2025) and doing very well in the charts, and no wonder it's VERY catchy! A great song people are listening to whilst training at the Gym apparently!

Daniel was half of the duo 'Yell !' in the nineties and he's appeared on TV on Childrens TV, EastEnders, Coronation Street, Doctors and more.

He has a very inspiring personal story to tell about his mental health problems in the past and how he has fought back to where he is now, happy and creative.

So sorry to hear Rick Buckler from The Jam has died.
It was only a year ago I interviewed him for my podcast Music Stories. What a nice man he was.
RIP Rick and condolences to his family and friends, and to his friend and colleague Tim V Scargill

Buckler played for the band from its formation in 1972 until they broke up a decade later, after six studio albums and 17 singles, four of them reaching number one.

His new single 'Sinners Choice' is out now (Feb 2025) and he explains how the song came about. I play a bit for you to hear in the interview.

As you will hear Andy is a very genuine and friendly guy who has a great ethos in life and music, helped by his experiences in the teaching world - he tells me all about it, you will be impressed! We discuss multitasking abilities at length!

I talk to the very talented Qymira (pronounced Kai Meera) about her life in Hong Kong, The USA and London, how she started playing the piano aged 3, and being classically trained in Violin, Singing and Piano.

Her musical life story is truly inspirational including her giving up to look after her sick mother and she has valuable advice for fellow musicians to.

With her classical training behind her she has now released a brilliant dance track 'Labyrinth of Life' and I play you a bit so you can have a quick dance ! It's very good!

I find out she has her own Symphony Orchestra! Amazing!

Currently on tour with 'Boyzlife' - Keith Duffy from Boyzone and Brian McFadden from Westlife (February 2025), Qymira has a feature film and video out soon and an album too.
