A pleasure to chat with Johnny about his band 'The Horn' and their new single 'Addicted to Love' which I play a short piece of in the interview. It's a great track!
Johnny tells me about how the band got together and about his experiences in France, touring with Scouting For Girls and others, plus I ask him what advice he can give to fellow musicians, especially people starting out recording their music.

I especially enjoyed talking to Miles from 'Miles and The Chain Gang' about how he started and how he got to where he is now. It's a very familiar story that takes you (and me) from school days bands and struggles to being a professional artist that many will identify with listening to this interview.
The band has a brilliant new track 'Carry Me Home' out now and I play a bit to give you an idea of the band's talent.

I was delighted to interview the one and only Eban Brown who was the lead singer of The Stylistics for 20 years.
We chat about the other groups he sang with ( you will remember them), his influencers, guitars, touring, why his own music is not on iTunes etc, and most importantly Gold Pyjamas!
Eban has been a solo artist since he left The Stylistics in 2018 and is on tour in the UK in November 2023, and Spain and elsewhere in 2024.
He has some excellent advice for fellow musicians listening to Music Stories too.

I was especially interested in talking to Janie Price (AKA Bird) about her work as it includes music for films. She is a renowned composer and multi instrumentalist and so gave very good advice for others about composing.
