I talk to the very talented Qymira (pronounced Kai Meera) about her life in Hong Kong, The USA and London, how she started playing the piano aged 3, and being classically trained in Violin, Singing and Piano.

Her musical life story is truly inspirational including her giving up to look after her sick mother and she has valuable advice for fellow musicians to.

With her classical training behind her she has now released a brilliant dance track 'Labyrinth of Life' and I play you a bit so you can have a quick dance ! It's very good!

I find out she has her own Symphony Orchestra! Amazing!

Currently on tour with 'Boyzlife' - Keith Duffy from Boyzone and Brian McFadden from Westlife (February 2025), Qymira has a feature film and video out soon and an album too.

A real pleasure to chat to Jim Graeme about his very extensive musical and stage career, plus of course his appearance in TV's Emmerdale !

Jim has starred in Phantom of The Opera, Whistle Down The Wind, Aspects of Love, Jesus Christ Superstar, Chess and many more.

His CV is so long there is not enough space to list all his achievements and experience, but if you look him up you will see more than I can post here.

We discuss a lot of what he has done and he has some great advice for anyone wanting to get into television as an actor too.

Of course I had to ask him about Henry in Emmerdale and the possibility that Henry may be related to another Di**le! (if you don't watch that program you will have no idea what I'm talking about !!)

I look forward to hearing what Jim gets asked to do next and I'm sure we will see more of his characters on TV soon.

I talk to the talented RaRa about how she started in music and she has a fascinating story to tell.
At the time of the interview (January 2025) she was in Memphis to record her new album, actually in a hotel reception / bar!

Today in 1987 I broadcast my first show at another radio station - Chiltern Radio ! Thanks to this man Phil Fothergill !
Thus started yet another chapter in my life, and working with many talented people who are still friends today.

A pleasure to chat again with Nathalie who has a new single out 'Jamais'
It's very good and I play all of it which I think is a first for Music Stories !

Even if you can't speak French the essence of the song shines through, Jamais means Never and reflects on some of Nathalie's struggles in the music world, never giving up is her very inspirational message, something every single person in the industry will identify with.

Nathalie also has a great Christmas song out, 'Bring My Baby Back' is a fun and catchy track that is sure to cheer anyone up for Christmas. I play a bit of that too so you will hear what I mean.

I took many photos of many dogs with their owners but this is one of my favourites!
Not only is the dog huge and very friendly ( here with his owner) but take a look at the woman in the background!
