And, that’s a wrap! We went through our pictures, and there were none. There are endless photos of lists, invoices, addresses to deliver to, and recipes.
Happy to say that the only food lost was this poor pan of roasted carrots which our Nancy worked so hard on. 🥴
We are so grateful for our clients and we can’t wait to see you in 2025!
We will be taking a break to rest, spend time with our families, and regroup for the next season.

It’s that time of the year! We don’t take as many photos as we should…once we are at an event it’s about our customer service…but luckily a team member got this one! 600 successfully served on Saturday!
We are booked for the year, but we are available for pick ups or drop offs.
And, don’t forget to place your Thanksgiving order. If the demand is high, we will need to cut those off as well.

Fall is finally in the air and we have been brewing up some of your favorites for the Shop at La Casella. Freshly made today: Chicken and Wild Rice, Zouppa Toscanna, Tomato Basil and Potato Cheddar. We also have Eggplant Parmesan, Baked Ziti and Chicken Tetrazzini. More to come every day!
Shop is open 12-4 Tuesday thru Friday but, we are on location daily for many more hours!

We offer pick up! Season is quickly approaching for us and our calendar for the remainder of the year is filling up. But, we do offer pick up trays and catering in addition to our “full” service catering. Our shop is located near downtown Ocala and is easy to find. Pick ups can be placed in to go trays such as this, or on our beautiful trays that can be brought back the following day.

So tomorrow is our own Tully’s birthday! The celebration began today with our special outreach friends at @fumcocala . We love our work kitchen and friends and we love our Tully!

Our clients today decided to start their week off with desserts only! It was a beautiful table and we had fun putting it together for them.

Hey! We have big bowls!! 😁😁 We have so many pretty pictures from so many events lately…but, this is our current state of mind…busy, busy, busy!!! Thank you to you all!

As many of you already know, we have moved to the @fumcocala . We officially move out of our sweet location on 200 this week. That little kitchen will always hold a special place on our hearts but we were fortunate enough to grow out of it. We have been welcomed with open arms into our new space and have already made so many friends, clients and memories! In case you didn’t know, every Tuesday this church does “Tuesday Morning Outreach” in which they offer many services for people in need. La Casella is able to feed their bellies, but others feed many other needs such as worship, music, clothing, computer services, bikes and more. The link is here if you’d like to see more https://www.fumcocala.org/tmo We are working on ways to offer all of you are meals, soups and sides to go as we settle on to our new space. We will keep you posted!

What is La Casella?

La Casella is the name of a 16th Century home in Montisi, Italy where I had the greatest opportunity to stay. My dear friends and I took a 3-week vacation in Tuscany and Rome and this is when I really fell in love with food. During the trip, we celebrated my birthday. My gift was to have the chance to be trained by an Italian Chef. She did not speak any English, and I did not speak any Italian, but, we did speak the language of food. It was one of the fondest days of my entire life. Besides learning how to cook genuine Italian Food, I absolutely fell in love with the country, the fresh food, the genuine people and, of course, La Casella. When I think of Italy and my time there, I think of fresh food, simple ingredients, long meals celebrated with wine and laughter, and terrific memories. It is where I learned the importance of celebrating life and celebrating flavor.
