A world-class multi-purpose performing arts facility intended for use by local community theater groups, touring theatrical companies, private and public corporations and associations, municipalities and others requiring professional world-class quality facilities. The Centre will feature:
A main-stage theater, including:
1,500 seats approximately on 2 levels
Stage and backstage areas capable of accommodating up to large professional productions
Production electronics and accessories up to current standards
Support spaces for production offices, dressing rooms, green rooms, rehearsals, costuming, carpentry and construction, etc.
A multi-use space, including:
Flexible seating for up to 400 on 2 levels
Flat floor space, with flexible staging to accommodate a wide variety of events, from cabarets to dinner theaters to meetings to banquets as examples
Will share and utilize facilities with main stage
A smaller, flexible theater space, including:
Flexible seating of 150 on one level

Can be used as a rehearsal hall for main stage

Open wood floors, to be used by groups either temporary or long term
