3 Alarm Catering Smoke Eater comes from an age old nickname for firefighters before they were able to protect themselves with air packs.

With our owner and head chef being an active firefighter, we only thought it fit to have a fire themed food truck. **Once a year we will be making donations to organization(s) that support fellow local firefighters and departments.**
