The Living Room is a flexible use venue, capable of hosting small business meetings, wedding receptions, and everything in between. Within walking distance to four major hotel chains and a shuttle ride away from the downtown restaurants and shops. We can accommodate parties up to 225 with tables or 450 with chairs only. Serving kitchen available with double sink, commercial fridge, freezer and ice

machine. Top of the line A/V equipment is available to all of our guests including HDMI projectors, screens, mic system and speakers. For smaller groups we can pull out our sound-dampening partition whiteboard wall.

The Living Room has been honored to celebrate, meet and be merry with you the last several years. At the end of 2023 we closed the doors on this event space in its current set up. But don’t fear! If you’re looking to host your meeting, fundraiser or social event, reach out to our team at Millwork Commons to see if another space may suit your needs!

The Living Room came into existence because the owner, who has three daughters, had a bad experience with a wedding venue. He never wanted anyone else to go through what he did. The Living Room knows that while your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, it shouldn’t break the bank. With our reasonable rates and flexibility to let you choose all of your own vendors, you can have the exact wedding of your dreams, on your budget!
