The Living Room has been honored to celebrate, meet and be merry with you the last several years. At the end of 2023 we closed the doors on this event space in its current set up. But don’t fear! If you’re looking to host your meeting, fundraiser or social event, reach out to our team at Millwork Commons to see if another space may suit your needs!

Getting married? The team at PJ Morgan Event Management has several great wedding venues still running that can host your big day! We still want to celebrate your lives!

WE'RE ADDING TO OUR FLIP CREW!

The Flip Crew is present in the evenings during the week or overnight on the weekends. Each flip shift will have a flip checklist that needs to be completed upon arrival/exit and a floor plan that needs to be set.

The Flip Crew is responsible for making sure the floor for the event the following day is set to match the floor plan provided by the Venue Coordinator. Should any questions come up, they are to reach out to the Venue Coordinator/Manager on-call for answers or confirmation. Below is a list of responsibilities:

• Gather furniture needed from garage and transport unneeded furniture back to the garage
• Set furniture according to floor plan (including items indicated to be staged for future flips)
• Place trash cans with one liner draped over the side and one liner in full use
• Set linens if floor plan indicates they have rented our linens and those linens are present
• Wipe down table tops as needed
• Check chairs for cleanliness. Utilize bristle brush from kitchen or tool box in storage room as needed to remove food spots
• Clear all remaining items within venue space to storage closet or kitchen (vacuums, brooms, extension cords, etc.)
• Setting thermostats
• Locking all doors
• Event space is ready as if the event would be the next people to enter would be the event and they would feel it is ready to go for them (except for cleanliness if cleaners are marked on floor plan to come)
• Communicate with Venue Coordinator/Manager on-call on any questions, comments, time of arrival/exit
