The kids and I have hijacked the Eleven Herbs Insta/pages!
As part of a school project (which we were keen to start early) we have jumped into the wonderful world of microgreens.
We are currently trialling a few products we are going to sell next year and are offering the Eleven Herbs community first dibs on our first harvest!
Our microgreens have been grown in our own secret blend of certified organic soil, using only untreated, open pollinated, zero chemical seeds (the sunflower seeds are actually certified organic).
We are growing indoors under full spectrum grow lights and using no chemicals throughout the process.
Our first few grow cycles will be to test a range of different conditions, time-to-harvest, water schedules, seed density per growing tray, and more.
Currently we are trialling 4 products, 100g pea shoot, 100g sunflower, 60g broccoli, and a 75g spicy micro mix containing radish, pea shoot and sunflower microgreens.
Harvested just this evening, these microgreens are available for delivery till late tonight and tomorrow, so you can try them at their freshest.
