Theory Records is a bold and unapologetic record label based in Johannesburg, South Africa, dedicated to redefining the music industry.

Theory isn't just about music; it's about an attitude, an art-first mentality, and a passion for unfiltered creativity. Theory is our own perspective and experience of the House music culture. Creating events that specialise in electronic music and creative decor to fully express our creative mindsets. This has allowed us to grab the attention of so many people. A very organic growth of an Event s

panning over 2 years with 10 events growing from a mere 50 close friends to 600 patriotic supporters. Theory is now pushing the envelope by combining Music and Art. We do this with our attention to the visual arts and combining this to our personalised decor that brings the hole event together.
