🔥 Week 1 of Summer Workouts is in the Books! 🔥
We kicked off the summer strong with 48 athletes showing up, working hard, and setting the tone for what's possible. At South Newton, we believe that showing up consistently doesn’t just build better athletes—it builds a stronger school and community.
By the Numbers:
👟 37 Female Athletes | 11 Male Athletes
✅ 12 Seniors
✅ 11 Juniors
✅ 8 Sophomores
✅ 13 Freshmen
✅ 4 Middle School/Elementary Athletes
We currently have 131+ returning athletes from last year’s rosters. That means we’re seeing about 37% participation so far.

We get it—summer is busy. But we also know the difference these workouts can make.

💪 For experienced athletes: This is where you get stronger and grow as a leader by setting the example.
It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from.
Just show up. Put in the work. Be consistent.
