Why do we like to make pour over coffee at home?
Well there’s a few reasons;
1: One cup at a time! Pour over is great way to make one cup of coffee at a time. Don’t get me wrong we love a big pot of coffee from our coffee maker. But often times I just want one cup of coffee. I can easily make a small cup of coffee 6oz in the post lunch slump. Or I can make a large 16 oz coffee if I know I need a little extra help for a long day ahead.
2: easily to make it your own. There are a ton of recipes, styles and brewers to choose from. It can become a very fun and personal thing.
