There’s something truly magical about summer weddings at Castle Hill Inn in Newport, and this one was nothing short of a dream.

From the moment you walked into the reception, you were greeted by cascading clouds of powder-blue and white hydrangeas, seemingly floating above the room. They created a sense of wonder and intimacy, perfectly complementing the love and joy that filled the air. These lush floral clouds transformed the space into something out of a fairytale, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration.

The tables were a vision of elegance, draped in soft blue linens and adorned with delicate arrangements of white and blue blooms. This time of year, “In and Out for 2025” lists are everywhere. While they can be fun to scroll through, we don’t subscribe to them. Trends come and go, but what will always be in for weddings are the intentional, meaningful details that tell your love story.

Flowers with sentimental significance. A design element you’ve dreamed about for years. Personal touches that reflect who you are as a couple. These are the things that matter.

Under the soaring peaks of an elegant sailcloth tent, this garden-inspired wedding came to life with a palette of soft lilac, creamy whites, and lush greenery. 🌿

We designed arrangements brimming with dahlias, delphiniums, ranunculus, and delicate Queen Anne’s lace to echo the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The tailored florals paired effortlessly with the chic, neutral linens and classic white seating, creating a timeless yet modern aesthetic.

Reflections on Our 2024 Wedding Season: A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Unforgettable Moments🌿

As the year winds down, it's been a joy to look back on the 2024 wedding season with the team. This year brought incredible opportunities for us to stretch our creativity and step outside our comfort zone. We traveled to new places, flowering fresh landscapes and venues and bringing clients' unique visions to life. From sprawling estates to intimate garden settings, each destination offered something new, and with it, a fresh canvas for us to work our magic. I also loved the weddings close to home, where we showcased original designs and explored interesting, unexpected color palettes. Each project pushed us to innovate and refine our artistry in a way that I'm incredibly proud of.

But beyond the flowers, for me, it’s the people who made 2024 our best season yet. I am so proud of the hard work and dedication my team put into every single event. Whether it was figuring out tricky travel logistics or spending countless hours prepping, building, and designing, they showed up every time with enthusiasm and grace. From the late-night breakdowns after long days of setting up, to creating those over-the-top designs that take your breath away, every moment was a testament to their dedication and love for what we do.

And of course, I’m incredibly grateful for our clients, who trusted us to bring their dream weddings to life. They were wonderful to work with—full of kindness, collaboration, and excitement. We wouldn’t have been able to accomplish what we did without their trust and openness, and for that, I’m endlessly thankful.

This year wasn’t without its challenges. We faced growing pains, learned hard lessons, and overcame obstacles that stretched us in new ways. But those challenges only made us stronger. As a result, we are now a more resilient, connected, and experienced team, ready to take things to the next level in 2025 and beyond

As we begin close the chapter on the 2024 wedding season, I feel an immense sense of pride in what we’ve accomplished, gratitude for everyone who was part of the journey, and excitement for what lies ahead. Here’s to leveling up and continuing to create unforgettable weddings.
