💐 Set expectations—Starting with ground rules and bridal party expectations will help get everyone on the same page way before altar time.

💐 Define the her role—Being a MOH or a bridesmaid is a lot of responsibility! Make sure you and your girls know what they’re being tasked with and can step up to the plate.

💐 Remember: it’s YOUR wedding—If you want to have 2 maids of honor or any other non-traditional decisions, do it! It’s your wedding and you should be surrounded by your favorite people.

It's the moment you've all been waiting for – a quick masterclass on how to match your dresses and bouquet.

Bridesmaid style has come a looooong way. Today, our brides love mixing it up with mismatched bridesmaid dresses. But with the different styles, fabrics, hemlines, and colors... how do you get the bouquets to match?

Here are some tips on how to make all the pieces come together to create a common thread:

💐 Think Theme. Chances are, if you've already chosen an overall theme for your big day, your dresses already match that theme in some form. Therefore, choosing flowers with the theme in mind can make things much easier.

💐 Consider Scale. Consider the footprint of your dress when deciding on the bouquet that works best for you and your bridesmaids. For example, a gown with a sleek silhouette might pair well with a larger bouquet, while a dramatic ballgown with a cathedral train may contrast well with a smaller arrangement.

💐 Color. Add only subtle hints of the bridesmaids’ dress colors into the bouquets so the flowers won’t be lost or washed out against the dresses. You want the dresses and your flowers to make their own statement.

💐 Ask Your Florist. Still feeling completely lost? The possibilities are endless and your florist will be able to look at all of them before choosing the best option for you.
