A very thoughtful friend of the bride commissioned me to paint this piece. They wed in Big Sur, live in San Fran and have ties to India and Ireland, I love sneaking in elements of couples love story into a piece and even more so if I get to explore a new area, even if it’s just from my computer screen🥹. This was painted for a charming, fun-loving transatlantic couple. I painted their wedding invite last year and they recently came back for thank you cards. I LOVE returning customers, we always have a great rapport and it’s so easy and enjoyable to work with them and to catch up on how their wedding day was and how their subsequent year has been. A year goes by so quick these days with many highs and lows and meeting people again at a different, less hectic, more settled time in their lives is really wonderful. Thank you to all you lovely people who have come in and out of my life bringing news of babies, festivities, house moves, pets and projects- you’re the best.

Hi friends, I hope all is well with you. I recently joined the fantastic I’m learning so much about marketing, branding and Instagram and all those things that generally send shivers down my spine. I’m mega, hugely massively photo shy, often very introverted and generally nervous about talking about myself or taking up space - I find it all overwhelming and it makes me want to run for the woods. This however is not conducive to business or life these days and so in an effort to become more open and approachable, I will be doing my best here to explain more about the who, what and why of my work.
To begin with, here’s a pic of me 🤮 it’s the only one of the 2.579 photos in my phone that I’m not hiding behind my hair or in giant sunglasses. I’m with my daughter who’s painted me a lamb and she’s a T-Rex(says a lot) and that was little chippy in the sling, I love this pic.

I live in beautiful Wicklow, surrounded by nature and kind people. We recently adopted 2 cats, our beloved Digby doesn’t give a toss.
I love, love, love my job, I seem to just magically find the the best people. Each couple brims with life and joy and excitement, it’s a real pleasure to get to know them and be part of such a joyous and tender occasion.
I cry a lot.
I adore kids books and have illustrated two, I’d love to do more.
I’m obsessed with anything to do with magic and believe it’s everywhere.
I’m studying to be a reiki master.
I demand everything has double cheese.
