This time I got to play in what was possibly the hottest room in the history of humanity. It’s ok tho we had a time! I don’t know when it’ll be up but here’s some raw footage. DJ Heather is a highly respected and talented DJ from Brooklyn who has made a name for herself in the Chicago music scene. She got her start at the Artful Dodger, a neighborhood pub with a small dance floor, and quickly progressed to more prominent gigs, including a three-year residency at Red Dog and a stint at the famous Gramaphone Records. She is known for her versatile style, which incorporates a wide variety of genres including hip hop, house, jazz, soul, R&B, disco classics, and rare groove. Despite her success, Heather considers becoming a DJ to be a “happy accident” and a hobby that developed into a full-time pursuit. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing her skills and versatility as an entertainer, and is considered one of the premier selectors in the nation.

RIP ::: Calvin LeBrun (August 17, 1966 – April 10, 2024), better known as Mister Cee or DJ Mister Cee, was an American DJ, broadcaster, record executive and radio personality on New York’s RADIO 103.9. He was featured on rapper Big Daddy Kane’s debut in 1988, and also served as associate executive producer for the Notorious B.I.G.’s 1994 debut album, Ready to Die. He would play an integral role in the careers of both Big Daddy Kane and the Notorious B.I.G, whom he was credited with discovering.

• @resident_advisor @djrontrent grew up in Chicago, where he dreamed of being a musician from a young age. He would end up becoming one of the architects of the Chicago house sound and working alongside contemporaries like Chez Damier. His label, Prescription Records, became a renowned purveyor of deep house. Our Mission

West Coast Weekender has been cultivating boutique festival experiences for Southern California and beyond for four years. Every year we see more and more people flying into San Diego for this special opportunity to be apart of this beautiful community we’ve created, but why?

West Coast Weekender isn’t your typical festival. We have moved into our new home: Viejas Casino & Resort which offers hotel rooms just steps from the party! We also have pool parties, yoga, and dance workshops! We want our guests to have fun, but we also want to feed and empower your soul, our goal is to provide an experience, not just a music event.

Our lifestyle and music conference focuses on topics such as Abelton production, event marketing, cannabis, and many other workshops as well as Q & A sessions with DJs. Our goal is to allow our festival goers to interact with the DJs they love as well as learn about topics they care about.

This is a boutique experience, which means focusing on creating a quality festival and conference for our guests and not trying to cram as many people into our venue as we can. We care about producing an amazing celebration that combines art, music, and community focusing on the underground!
