Starting his career playing at his high school basketball and volleyball events wit
h the schools PA system and a radio, Dj Yan wondered if he would like doing this in a different level. After getting a visit from a cousin from New York who use to Dj for a living and hearing his stories of making people jam to his music Yan decided to try it. During his next event, he brought two portable cd players and started to try and mix with them and he saw that people where loving it. Parents started to come up to him and asking him how much did he charge for for a birthday party, so he asked his dad if he could help him buy a Dj system to which his father being the supportive father he was after a few words from his mother helped him with the system and thus creating YC Entertainment. Along side his best friend Dj Leo, the next few years where playing the basketball and volleyball tournaments and birthday parties of his and his best friend's class mates. Branching in different directions after high school Dj Yan and Dj Leo decided to part ways and Dj Yan started to take on weddings and corporate events and club events. After several years of playing, Dj Yan decided to step out for a little while from the business and try a normal job, but quickly found that his love for music and entertaining crowds its much bigger than he anticipated and he knew that this was God's purpose for him and decides to open On Us Events.
