At our last KWPA meeting, each member and non-member that attended had the opportunity to share a word that defines professionalism to them. Some of the words were integrity, pride, quality, impact, knowledge and kindness. Not one person mentioned money or pay, which is the base definition of a professional - one who gets paid for their occupation.

That being said, I’ll share what our President Mike has to say in regard to that. “The fact that we as members of the KWPA and owners of businesses on Kauai focus on how we provide our service to our customers and each other says it all. I am proud to be a part of the KWPA Ohana. You are truly professionals!”

Calling all Kauai wedding vendors! Whether you’re a KWPA member or currently not a member, you’re invited to our 3rd quarterly meeting on Aug. 13 at Common Ground in Kilauea. This is a great opportunity to network with other Kauai wedding professionals, discuss what’s going on within the Kauai wedding world and you’ll have the opportunity to tour a wedding venue - Common Ground.
