Five years ago, I had the privilege of volunteering at the Caleb Centre For Children with Autism in Zambia. It was an eye-opening and humbling experience to witness how unity, love, and sheer determination have built a school that provides a safe space, education, and life skills for children and adults with autism.

This Christmas time, I’m reaching out to ask for your help. We’re aiming to raise £500 to provide food and water for the children with autism and their families. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference in ensuring they have the support they need.

It was such a pleasure to lead the relaxation session for The Dorset Children's Foundation Saturday Club last weekend. 🌈✨

The session focused on creating a calm, positive, and engaging space for everyone to relax and recharge, using accessible body-awareness and relaxation practices. 🧘‍♀️
