Cookbook is still cooking friends! Seems retired life is almost as busy as before. Enjoying family time, home projects, part time work at Bella Kitchen Shop and taking a few private chef jobs in customers homes this summer....loving it all!
Will try to get the book out before everyone forgets about Si Bueno!

It's only taken 2 ½ years but finally about to share Si Bueno's original recipes. Working on a cooking story of sorts, small, simple to follow instructions, humor, and some photo-history of Si Bueno's trail! It includes salsas and sauces and depending on interest I may work up another.
If you are interested in a copy, send me a message and I will hold one for you and mail it when completed. Only a limited amount will be printed and requesting a few pesos to cover the cost.
