About the founder ❖
Milette Gillow is a British mezzo-soprano and entrepreneur. She recently graduated with distinction from the Preparatory Opera course at the Royal Academy of Music, where she was a scholarship student. In addition she holds a Ph.D. in pure mathematics from the University of Leeds with an Erasmus year in Copenhagen. She was a Second Study Choral Conductor at the Academy and has directed numerous choirs and ensembles across her career.
Milette has won multiple business awards and was selected for McKinsey’s 2022 EMEA Next Generation Women Leaders programme. Her work with startups has taken her to Hong Kong, Paris, Dublin, Amsterdam and Berlin, where she worked with early-stage tech companies and investors. She teaches mathematics alongside her studies, and was a lecturer at Teesside University during the 2021 lockdown.
