Not long now people ! We have a great line up of cars this years with alot of new entries, and with the weather looking good for Saturday and Sunday it's gona be an awesum weekend 🤗
So I thought I better go over somethings, for the public and the competitor's.....
For the competitor's, yous would have read the rules on the entry form, I realy want to remind you that if something happens and you don't want water on your car then you must have a fire extinguisher on hand. Also new tyres for each round and so on.
Scrutineering starts from 9am, followed by a meeting with all drivers at 11.30 going over a bit of health and safety, then we are into it at 12noon. The next round will be at 3pm then the final round 10am Sunday followed by prize giving around 12noon.
For the public, as you see above the times for the rounds, 12noon, second round 3pm and the final round Sunday 10am.
To everyone, please respect our grounds and NO doing any wheelies and skidding up the grounds please. All proceeds are going to "I am Hope" and "Gumboot Friday".
This year the layout of the car show and camping is set up a bit different and I have a bit of a drawing here so you can see. For those competitor's that like to camp by there cars, you can set up over the back of the burnout pad, and other camping is all in around the toilet and shower block or down around the edge where it's says trucks.
Hopefully yous all understand the picture, and questions please ask, otherwise we will see yous all in a couple of days 🙂
