After playing a smashing set at our Hesperides event we thought was time to ask to record a mix for us. She is a Groningen based DJ who started out as a musician and grew fond of the electronic music scene over time. As a DJ she developed an energizing and versatile, yet recognisable sound that has given her an established name in her hometown and across the country vastly. Within 2 years she earned herself residencies at amongst others Relate Radio and gigs at leading venues such as club OOST in Groningen and club BASIS in Utrecht.

By flowing in between music genres while incorporating prominent rhythms and groovy vocals Deets provides sets that never cease to surprise you.

I was invited by Zondax to play at Studio/K last friday. Had a lot of fun experimenting with the more deep and minimalistic/rhythmic sounds in my library and meeting the METAMORPHOSIS gang.

The organization gave me this challenging timeslot in between Joe Sane and Moxes during sunrise - I had to bring down the BPM and intensity while preserving the energy on the dance floor. For this I played with the flow, different rhythms and tactical use of more melodic tracks.

Tracklist will be added to the description of the set, need to take some more time for that.

It's been months since I posted a set, so to change that I figured I'd just record an improv session while I was playing for some friends this weekend and see if it would be postworthy afterwards.

I'm happy with the set and its flow, so here it is. It turned into a tribal-ish set, because apparently I was in a lots-of-drums mood.

Also: some might recognize some tracks, because I browsed through music I had collected for gigs (OOST, Echo Label Night, Spacebar Rave Night, Bauhauz, KopjeK Kingsday). Hope you like the new view on it!

Liberation Day with FAKE and Recesgroningen - I actually had some trouble getting my mind in the right mode that day because of loved ones being under saddening circumstances and some life difficulties.

That changed when I saw the dance floor being filled with positive energy while I was playing. It lifted my spirits and that lasted for these past few days. So I want to thank those who contributed to that 🖤 I needed it.

F_AKE BARCELONA was amazing 🖤

Tomorrow it's time for another FAKE rave. Due to unforeseen circumstances area 2 is now a chill-out though, so no dancing set like last time.
Together with Sitta and Roban I will make sure you have the perfect tunes for your in-between-rave moments. And next edition it will be a dancing set again!👀

Yay! I will be hosting a monthly show at Relate Radio with RIOT GRLS and my girl Selene as fellow host, starting today with us both playing a set (Selene 14:00-15:30, me 15:30-17:00).

Our show Breaking Boundaries will be about tingling artists their creativity by letting them play a set in a genre that's rather new to them. They will also be able to showcase their usual style with another set. Each time one genre will be picked as a theme, with the first one being electro. Celine will be stepping out of her comfort zone with this one and I will be doing my thing 😎.

Very excited and looking forward to this new project!
