- Full party planning & co-ordination (This service is perfect for anyone who is looking for complete professional co-ordination)
- Liaison and negotiation with all suppliers to ensure placement of orders and delivery, including:
Catering, Entertainment, Wait and bar staff, Specialist staff
(ie. cocktail barman), Event styling, Hire equipment, Lighting and audio-visual, Photographer and Cake.
- Co-ordination of all styling elements of the party to support the theme and to meet your budget
- Arranging of invitations, setting up of facebook event page, and co-ordination of RSVPs
- Provide 'we're having a party' courtesy card to inform neighbours of upcoming party and advise local police station (if required)
- Day of party – we'll meet with suppliers, function staff and ensure every element is just perfect! We'll have everything prepared for when your guests arrive (we can remain onsite during the evening if you wish, this will ensure we can handle any problems that may arise and ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests)
- Co-ordination of pack-up and clean up either on the night or the next morning
- Day of party co-ordination (You've organised your own party, but when it comes to the day you need a hand!)
- Styling & Theming (Our party stylists will bring out the 'wow' factor).
