Come out and see us on Saturday, October 15 from 9 AM-3 PM at the MTCS Fall Festival! We are excited to announce a new seasonal flavor, the pumpkin croissant! Stuffed and topped with cream cheese and sprinkled with cinnamon, the pumpkin croissant is sure to be a fall favorite! We will also have the regular flavors: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Cinnamon Sugar, Birthday Cake, Nutella, and Almond!

You can purchase individual croissants at the festival. For a larger order, order before Tuesday for a dozen croissants at $25 per order! Place your presale orders by texting 615-785-2426.

The holidays are here and what better way to be in the spirit than with a yummy Croissant!

Following a hiatus from regular baking at the Brookery, I am back and ready do what I love: baking specialty croissants for all of you!

On December 19th, I will be preparing orders for Red Velvet, Chocolate, Cinnamon Sugar, and Birthday Cake croissants for front porch pick up only.

Due to the high volume of orders, I am not able to accept anymore orders at this time.
