throwback to when v+k’s friends and fam were outrageously excited for the horah, so they horah’d chairless to “Valerie”, then eventually when they did proper horah, broke the chair 🖤

truthfully, I cried at both. the love + excitement was so overwhelming and it will remain as a core memory for a lifetime. purely epic.

today i took a trip down memory lane.

it was feb 2020, just before the pandemic. several creatives + i planned an epic styled shoot. there was snow, the venue was perfect, it was *magic*. we did 2 tablescapes + a miniscape and one never got enough exposure from my end. why? im not sure. but today when I took my memory lane trip I saw it for the first time in years and thought “wow, how does this not make an appearance on my page”. maybe it’s because it was one of the last times i felt truly inspired creatively, and i took it for granted, thus today giving me a sense of nostalgia and longing. perhaps it’s because over time ive found more beauty in simplicity. regardless, here is the tablescape. i hope it inspires you. and if you’re a creative, let’s work together? for play or for ‘work’.
