KR’s Geaux-2 Catering/Southern Gourmet On Da Geaux will be catering orders for the upcoming NFL Superbowl, Sunday Feb 8, 2026. We’re able to offer a “limited availability” menu to the community on a pre-order/pre-paid basis. You must place orders now or no later than Jan 25, 2026! Pickup time will be from 2:00-3:30 pm. DM me or email ([email protected]) your orders, payment (Zelle, cash, credit/debit card) and preferred pickup time…TIA!

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! Greetings from da “Geaux-2 Crew” … we have some AMAZING news to share with you!

Beginning February 2025, Southern Gourmet On Da Geaux Food Trailer will be resuming mobile services (breakfast/lunch) on a limited basis. We are currently in the process of renewing our AAFES (JBSA-Lackland/Ft. Sam/Randolph) mobile vending contract. Upon HQ AAFES approval, we will initially conduct breakfast/lunch services on Lackland AFB then gradually rotate our services to Ft. Sam, JBSA-Randolph, and Port SA.

Our rotating menu offerings will include most of our “original classic” dishes you all love (Crawfish Etouffee, Red Beans & Sausage, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Po’boys, fried seafoods, Boudin Balls, Texas-style BBQ, and Southern Butter Pecan Bread Pudding) as well as rotating “new” food items which we will introduce as “Chef’s Specials”.

This is all in our effort to open our “brick n mortar” Quick Service Restaurant” in 2026.
