Jeroen van Rootselaar and Manou Bleumink you need to urgently check your team at Africamps!
We have been scammed by your company!
And now they have blocked me on all socials! Please can my people tag them. We had the worst experience. Africamps broke all their rules to accomodate what must have been a good friend of theirs and destroyed our holiday, and they refuse to refund us. Our neighbours had a family of 6 (not allowed) and too dogs (not allowed) and they screamed and shouted the whole time. We stuck to the rules and told the team there, as the first rule is that the peace and quiet needs to be number 1 priority. Yet even though we went through hell,would not even refund one day, which we even said we would not mind a voucher. THEY DO NOT CARE and now will NOT respond.
This is bad customer service and you should all be ashamed of yourselves. You destroyed our holiday and booked a couple next to a family of 8. I have all the emails and evidence.
They are international owners and clearly do not care that the locals do not just have money to fling around. We even booked Sunday and Monday for peace and quiet, but they made sure to put the loudest family next to us. Every where else everyone was respectful. But this is Africamps fault for breaking their own rules to suite their needs.
