Hello hello, Happy New Year!
Apologies for being MIA. I started a new job in September and between that and family life, my creative life has been a bit behind.
But we are on holiday at the moment and have been traversing Spa Country in Daylesfor and lastly on the border of VIC and NSW in Albury. Today we explored Rutherglen for the first time and stumbled along a pick your own flower farm in Chiltern.
Voila! Here is something I put together and intend on leaving behind for our Airbnb host.

Flavour explosion 💥
Tender eye fillet cubes seasoned with garlic, soy and oyster sauce. Also on the side was a lemon, salt and pepper dipping sauce whilst the salad was dressed with Vietnamese nuoc cham. All home made by me x
