The name Ausome Balloon Creator is not a typo - it stands for Eddie's autistic trait, only one of hi Birthdays, weddings, and Christenings are just a few.

The Ausome Balloon Creator is Eddie Lin, a young adult who is on the autism spectrum. Thus the name “ausome.” When Eddie was 10, balloon art struck a chord deep in his heart and has since grown into an expressive passion and gift to his community. Eddie started his balloon journey learning from various balloon artists on YouTube. He has since taken many balloon lessons from reputable Balloon prof

essionals in Taiwan and the US to continue to better his balloon skills and knowledge. Eddie brings his special touch to all the special celebrations and life milestones he’s a part of. Customers are continually impressed with his distinctive works of art and his charming personality. Eddie has the uncanny wit of making occasions exceptional and memorable. Eddie is a straightforward guy. If you compliment him on his outfit with, “Nice shirt, Eddie. Where did you get it?” his standard reply is always, “My closet.”

Eddie had a very busy week making Harry Potter-themed balloon sculptures for a baby shower. The client sent a picture of Dobby, the house-elf. Eddie made Dobby’s head and then said, “I’m sorry. I don’t know how to make the body because it’s private!” He even covered his eyes with his hand. I reassured him, “No worries. I’ll draw it for you. Just a regular body with two hands and two legs. (Like a stick figure).”

Eddie finished Dobby, complete with a paper towel as Dobby’s iconic rag. Here’s Eddie’s version of Dobby. I think he did a great job!

Kids really do say the cutest things!
At a recent birthday party, a little girl asked Eddie to make her a balloon giraffe. Eddie happily made one for her. She walked away beaming with joy. A few moments later, she came back in a panic, crying , "Oh no! I took the giraffe to the playground, and it turned into a snake! I don't like snakes. Can you help me?" Her mom and I tried to hide our laughter. To save the day, I asked Eddie to make her not one, but two giraffes ( mom holding one for her )—just in case any future playground adventures led to more unexpected transformations! 🦒💛

Eddie’s dad was there for his very first official balloon gig and continues to support him at nearly every event. He is usually the driver, dropping us off and waiting in the parking lot to pick us up when the event is done, often navigating challenging parking situations with ease. His presence is especially invaluable at large events, where he works tirelessly in the background, pumping balloons to help Eddie shine.
Eddie’s dad is a beacon of light, always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it’s assisting with shaving or chatting about silly things at night. Their unique bond is filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support.
Today, we wish him a very happy Father’s Day. He means the world to Eddie and his siblings every single day.

Eddie’s alma mater for middle school, WWMS, is celebrating its golden anniversary, and he’s marking the occasion with special dancing boy and girl sculptures!
Stepping back into the school felt like he never left. Eddie chatted with everyone, remembering their birthdays and sharing stories. The special connection he has with WWMS is truly heartwarming.
During his middle school years, Eddie made tremendous strides and progress, thanks to the incredible staff at WWMS. We’re forever grateful for the difference they made in his life.
Here’s to 50 fantastic years and many more to come!

We are deeply honored to be part of Elijah's Promise's 35th Anniversary Chef Night Fundraiser. Elijah Promise has been a beacon of hope and support in our community. To celebrate, we've crafted special balloon sculptures of chefs and local Rutgers football players, adding a touch of whimsy to this meaningful event.
Additionally, we created a special balloon frog for the owners of -The Frogs and the Peach; the local restaurant that started this wonderful idea 35 years ago. To make the evening even more special, we also crafted a karate boy balloon for the executive chef’s son’s 9th birthday. Seeing the boy’s beaming smile, it made our day!!
Thank you for letting us contribute to such a wonderful cause.
