Pistachio is a symbol of generosity. It appears when it indicates a time of balance and generosity that encourages both giving and receiving.

Doesn’t matter which direction generosity flows, allow it to come and go with grace and gratitude without expectation or restriction. 😇🙏🏻

😋My two favourite were the Pistachio Liquor and the Pistachio Cream. OMG Pistachio Cream is just delicious, very similar taste of Nutella but even better. After tasting it, I won’t be able to look at the Nutella the same way again. 😉

We started of at the market where you can find the best ingredients from the locals.

We made Cold Parmigiana, an Ancient Recipe of Purple Baked Cauliflower and Ricotta Mousse.

Definitely Sicilian hospitality is one of the warmest I’ve experienced.
