I think making prom flowers for my students has become my favorite thing. Each one is made uniquely with their individual personality in mind, along with a teacher’s love and prayer for a memorable and safe evening. I don’t like to take hard earned money from my students, so they give a donation if they are inclined, and the funds go right back to a school group that supports them. It feels like a win win. 💗

Happy New Year! I have noticed lots of new followers lately, so I thought I would reintroduce myself. My name is Kathleen and I am the operator of Flowers from the Farm, a small home-based faux floral business located near Waukon in Northeast Iowa.

I have been in business since 2019 and have noticed that once the holidays are over, thoughts turn quickly and seriously to wedding planning!

If you are a 2024 couple and have been looking at our page, I want to encourage you to reach out early this year. The orders start to roll in really fast after January 1 and I hate to turn anyone away if I don’t have to…

I have been mulling around with the idea of offering real floral bouquets, and have decided to make an offer to one couple who is willing to take a chance on me and whose venue is within a 30 mile radius of Waukon. In order to get my feet wet, I am willing to provide ONE couple with DIY floral arrangement services and day of delivery to your Venue for free. You purchase the flowers, I make and deliver the bouquets for free in exchange for an honest review on our page. I am confident that I can provide you with a beautiful finished product! I would like to start out with bridal and bridesmaids bouquets only, and fairly simple bouquets. I will take the first bride who messages me on this page and with whom I am able to work out details. Pictured is a simple babies breath bridesmaid bouquet that I have been playing around with … real babies breath, faux flowers in this one!
