Dear Ticketmaster is a social initiative, recognising that not only is there a lack of cohesion in tackling th

e issue of ticket scalping, but most campaigns are geared towards governmental change. We’re deciding to take a different approach. While many of us event-goers have long since voiced our concerns to Ticketmaster, particularly about its site Ticketmaster Resale, the dialogue has turned into one of frustration, anger and disillusionment – on both sides. We aim to change the nature of the conversation, in the hopes that Ticketmaster will use that positive energy to more actively fight the anti-scalping battle, instead of being encouraged to defend their current stance. It’s not us against them.
