We are still drooling over 🤤 this wedding feast 🤍!

Coastal Seafood Display featuring cocktail shrimp🦐, oysters on the half shell, cracked snow crab claw, 🦀charred lemons, cocktail sauce, green cocktail sauce, cucumber black pepper mignonette

Cheese and Charcuterie Display with prosciutto san danielle, truffle salami, midnight moon, lamb chopper, herb and spice Havarti, beemster Gouda, manchego, 🍅 caprese platter, fig jam, fresh and dried fruit

Carving Station serving grilled tomahawk steak 🥩 and dijon herb crushed Colorado lamb chops

Pasta served in a giant cheese 🧀 wheel. Guests choose between cacio e pepe with prosciutto chips and goat cheese ocecchiette pasta, spinach, applewood smoked bacon 🥓and roasted tomatoes.

For dessert, guests received individual mini pumpkin cakes🍰 with caramel mousse and 🍫 chocolate buttercream.

Catering by Design was honored to help shell🐚-ebrate a Bar Mitzah for the Governor’s son at the Governor’s Mansion in Denver. With an 🐟 Under the Sea theme we designed themed food and dessert stations featuring everything from seafood, sushi 🍣, to vegan ramen 🍜, and even dessert sushi 🍭. Our incredible decor team also brought in furniture, decor and florals that made a splash 🌊💙.

We had so much fun being part of this 🦈 fin-tastic party!
