Extremely saddèned to learn of the Gore Mountain skiing fatality involving Kevin Colwell, CEO of the Colwell Law Group.

He was one of the first -- if not THE very first -- to step up in $ support of our effort to launch our Fest after years of NYE darkness in downtown Saratoga.

We always apreciated that. We appreciate it even more so today.

The founding partner of a prominent Capital Region law firm, a Columbia County native, was killed Saturday in a skiing accident at Gore Mountain, officials said.
