The project is simple:
1. Register for the Challenge on Runsignup.com
2. Join us on Run Trinidad's page; share your summer fitness goals. Maybe you want to walk a mile every day after dinner. Maybe you want to train for your first 5K. Maybe you want to train for the 'Rad 2021 bike race in September. Maybe you want to start kayaking. Whatever your goal, share it with us.
3. Post updates on your goals from June-August. Share selfies of you out in nature, making fitness happen. If you would like, join us on Facebook for fun games and challenges throughout the summer, and in-person for weekly outdoor group activities.
