We now have the capability to cook over 1,000 1/4 lb Angus Cheeseburgers in less than 3 hours. Add in Sausages, Dogs, Fries, Appetizers and dessert and we could feed up to 2,000 guests in 3 hours time. If you work at a company that does big Summer Time BBQs please let them know about us AND yes, we still do parties of 50 guests too. Book now before your date is gone. Summer dates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday book up fast.

This past Tuesday we serviced 300 guests on Mardi Gras at the Motorcoach Country Club in Indio. We served Andouille Sausages, 1/4 lb Angus Cheeseburgers, Jumbo All Beef Hot Dogs, Chili Cheese Nachos and we even did their Photo Booth.
