May is a time to focus on the importance of mental wellness and take steps to improve our mental health. Throughout this week, we'll be sharing tips, exercises, and resources to help you on your journey to better mental health.

Let's start with a simple but powerful practice: mindfulness. Taking a few moments each day to be mindful can significantly improve your mental well-being.

Mindfulness Exercise:

1. Find a quiet space: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
2. Breathe deeply: Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale through your mouth.
3. Focus on your breath: Notice the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath.
4. Continue for 5-10 minutes: Allow yourself to be present in the moment without judgment.
