I had to take a fast lunch break yesterday between clients and popped into Edo Japan. I'd never been there before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was fast and did the trick. I decided to recreate the shrimp tempura bowl for my client today. Literally takes 20 mins to make a bunch of these up.
