This was a particularly fun corporate group to work with. We had the opportunity to get creative with vegan meals over the course of the week! I’m glad they loved our staff as they are truly amazing and hospitable.

This was such a fun birthday dinner to plan! I’m glad everything worked out we had a cookie cake to celebrate this birthday what would be your cake or dessert choice?

I think I would go with a strawberry Bruschetta to mix things up!

This was a particularly fun event for our staff! We got to bring in a mixologist to pair ahi tuna tacos, pancetta & basil wrapped gulf shrimp, warm Brie and raspberry crostinis and so much more with a variety of cocktails that complimented the menu perfectly!

It was such a pleasure to partner with for an interactive dinner!!

Such an amazing wedding weekend in
200 people having Texas beef tenderloin , Alamosa striped bass and so much more!!

During my walk through of today we were greeted with a couple of friendly faces!!! I think a little elopement with these two cuties would make for the perfect fall wedding!!

Morgan knocked it out of the park! We love when all of our guests have an amazing evening in the valley!

I think it was our Palisade Peach Salad with butter lettuce, burrata, almonds, puffed quinoa and a honey champagne vinaigrette that was the real winner!

It must be Tuesday because I am craving a delicious Colorado Venison Filet with Rosemary sweet potato puree, charred Brussel sprouts, blackberry pan jus and crispy sweet potatoes to top it all off!

From the colors to the dancing of flavors that call come together to make this my personal favorite dish of the day!

A little liquid nitrogen and smores dessert station in last night! Combining marshmallows and everyone’s favorite flavor ice cream was a real sweet treat for us!

Just a little Monday soirée! What an amazing backyard oasis with a little waterfall, fire pits, and of course the most delicious charcuterie spread, hummus platter, crudite and fresh fruit!
