Gems from my garden this evening ✨️

With wedding season in full swing it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind. Taking little moments to cut my own flowers from my garden and simply marvel at them reminds me why I do what I do.

I started Whisper & Wild because I wanted to created unique flowers, designed from passion for people so madly in love they wanted to tell the world about it.

I'm so lucky to work with couples who understand and appreciate the value flowers and floral design bring to weddings and celebrations.

I have grown a passion for flowers into a full time wedding and event floral design business and although is hating on me right now 😂 because I refuse to post as much as I 'should' I appreciate the support, the enquiries, the bookings and the future lovers who I will flower for 🫶💕

It's not always easy running your own show - but it's worth every second to stand in your creativity and build a life from it's roots.

Anyone else super happy to see the slightly earlier sunrises and slightly later sunsets?

I'v been pretty busy planning this years weddings, booking freelance dates with beautiful florists who's creativity I admire and booking in some fun non wedding related flowerness to keep me flower filled and thriving for this year and beyond.

I nearly missed the Valentines train 🙈
Then remembered / I literally create flowers for people in love. I can't not do Valentines.

So this year it's a little different as I have two beautiful offerings to choose from.

THE ROSÉ BOUQUET: This chic bouquet is filled with long stem blush pink roses only and is perfect for all the modern - sexy rose lovers out there. Bouquets start from £60 and we can go as big and bountiful as you desire.

THE SPRING LOVER: This beautiful bouquet is a mix of bold Spring flowers in a heavenly dance with colour and scent - perfect for all the Spring adorers and anyone who may not like roses 😆
Bouquets start at £55.

Delivery on Valentines day in Cheddar is free.

Collection from me in Cheddar is available from the afternoon of the 13th and all day on 14th.

Delivery further afield can be arranged but is dependent on availability.

Table Centrepieces ✨️ Here's a few options for you 👇


🌷 Low bowl arrangements (as above) are the perfect way to add subtle / smaller pops of colour and texture to your guest tables. Their low design ensures an eye catching focal point amongst the details and accessories of the table decor and they add a natural, romantic feel.

🌷 Tall table designs - usually a large floral arrangement seated on an elevated frame, these designs are amazing for large spaces with high ceilings and lots of natural light. They soak up negative space and their size means they always deliver the WOW factor and have an opulant feel.

What's your wedding day scent? ✨️

Scent is such a powerful thing. The perfume you choose to wear on your wedding day will be one you will remember forever and most likely keep using or have to cherish throughout your life.

The same goes with the flowers you choose, if you include flowers with a heavenly scent you will always be taken back to your wedding day the moment you smell those blooms again.

My tip: play with scent in your wedding. Get creative and use your favorite scented flower or flowers to enhance your wedding day fleurs and the memories created after.

One thing I can promise you ✨️👇

But first a little update on weddings and our path forward.

This year I am focusing on flowering weddings that inspire and energise me.
Allowing me to create the most beautiful and authentically designed flowers for you and your guests 💕

This means flowering for my ideal loved up couples and working with intention. Not saying yes to every wedding enquiry and feeling like I should never turn down a job.
It's great when you first start out to gain experience and get weddings under your belt but with hundreds of weddings now flowered by W&W or freelanced on, It's time to flower the weddings I dream of for the couples I dream of working with 🫶

One thing I can promise - I am not just a wedding supplier, I am a supplier of flowers created with love and the purest of passion with my only aim to make your floral wishes for your wedding a reality..

That being said - I now have space throughout the year for a limited number of new bookings as I am nearly at capacity for the beautiful year ahead.

What a year it's been ✨️

Full of adventures 💫 meeting / flowering for - wonderful couples, suppliers and businsses.

It's this time of year (a florists rest season) typically the end of December till the Spring that I like to look back and take stock of how far W&W has come and how exciting the future looks for my petit but mighty wedding and event floristry business.

I'm heading into this new year of W&W with love, focus and creativity for all the weddings I'm booked to flower and for the ones still yet to come.

Now it's time for a little rest, some business building bts, learning and pretty proposal creating till the bountiful Spring arrives.

We have an intimate wedding in Feb then our season kicks off come March 💕
