What a terrific 2024 farmers market season! To say thanks, the Embers Catering team is bringing a new pizza to our last 2024 Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows Saturday. It's a taste of Thanksgiving we call Da' Gobbla!

A lite turkey gravy base topped with 4 blend cheese, smoked turkey pieces, pureed yams, an orange vanilla cranberry coulis then finished with a sweet maple syrup drizzle.

We hope to see you there before we head to vacations and hibernation until Spring of next year! Please remember to preorder your pizza and box before Thursday evening at 6pm on FB messenger or [email protected]!

Got Vampires? The Embers Catering team has the cure at this weekends Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows pizza special.

Creamy ricotta and fresh mozzarella cheeses, a variety of Italian sliced meats, plenty of fresh garlic slices then drizzled with a chili oil drizzle.

We only have 2 more weekends before our season ends and hope to see you there. Breakfast pizza starts at 8am and be sure to message us your preorder before 4pm Friday the 25th for your favorite toppings and box.

Fall is finally here at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows !

This weeks market special is our Mexican Breakfast Pizza. An EVOO based pie with 4 blend and Oaxaca Mexican cheeses, egg and chorizo sausage crumbles, jalapenos and sweet red pepper slices, cilantro and a smoked lime chipotle sour cream drizzle.

Breakfast, Margherita and Classic topped pizzas are always available too but not till 8am. With only 3 more weekends in our 2024 season, the Embers Catering hopes to see you there. We are located in our usual spot in front of CrossFit 70 - Wentzville, MO at the The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis.

Sorry we missed you last weekend at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows but the Embers Catering team looks forward to seeing you this Saturday on 5/5/2024.

In addition to our classic topped and breakfast pizzas, this weeks market special is the "Embers Pickle Pizza". The pickle pizza starts with an extra virgin olive oil base, topped with pinched fresh fresh mozzarella, smoked bacon, half sour pickle slices then finished with a creamy dill infused ranch drizzle.

Breakfast starts at 8am and any pizza or box preorders must be submitted before 6pm Thursday night via email or messenger for dough control.

Summer is finally leaving so lets introduce some fresh fall flavors this week at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows.

Fresh Mozzarella & Creamy Ricotta cheeses, pecan smoked shoulder bacon pieces, roasted butternut squash, an arugula splash with a tasty 5 pepper honey drizzle to finish.

Your favorite Classic topping and Breakfast pizza starts at 8am and hope to see you there. As a reminder, the To-Go box option is only available with pre-orders. Veggies and more veggies this weekend at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows. In addition to the wonderful fresh veggies and produce our growers are bringing, the Embers Catering team will be offering our Pizza Rustica as this weekends special!

A garlic oil based white pizza topped with pinched fresh mozzarella and 4 blend cheeses, mushrooms, artichokes, kalamata olives, grape tomatoes and prosciutto slices finished with a peppery EVOO drizzle.

I know this posting is late so pre orders for your favorite pie and or box will be taken until 4pm Friday. Breakfast pizza starts at 8 am and hope to see you there!!

Weather looks awesome for this weekends Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows to bring a popular warming pizza special.

With temperatures only in the 70's, The Embers Catering Bee Sting should hit the spot for this weekends market pizza special. A San Marzano tomato red sauce base topped with fresh pinched mozzarella and 4 blend cheeses, Capicola, Soppressata & Pepperoni slices, drizzled with a sassy chili oil and finished with some 5 pepper honey.

Classic topped, breakfast and Margherita pies are always available starting at 8am. Please remember, we no longer offer a boxed option unless you pre order before Friday at noon on messenger or email at [email protected]

It's Labor Day weekend already and looks like the Heat will break on Friday just in time for a stroll at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows.

This weeks market special is our Parmigiana di Melanzane. A red sauce based pie topped with roasted eggplant pieces, fresh Tomato slices pinched mozzarella cheese, your choice of sausage or bacon pieces, then finished with fresh grated parmesan cheese and an EVOO drizzle.

Breakfast, Margherita and classic topped pizzas are always available too but not till 8am. The Embers Catering team hopes to see you there.

The Embers Catering team offered a new Mexican style breakfast pizza a few weeks ago which seemed to be popular sooooooo, we are bringing it back this weekend.

Mom always said better late than never! Busy bee's here at Embers Catering which put us behind in this weeks Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows special posting.

Mom also said short but sweet so here it is.... the Pig, the Fig and the Goat return as this weeks market special.. Fresh pinched mozzarella, creamy goat crumbles and 4 blend cheeses, smoked bacon and cherry wood smoked ham pieces, sweet fig pieces with an arugula splash and honey drizzle finish.

The Embers Catering team brings another new specialty pizza to this weekends Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows.

Potato-Potahto, no matter how you slice it, we are putting them on an EVOO based pie along fresh mozzarella and 4 blend cheeses, smoky bacon chunks then finished with green scallions and a crème fraiche drizzle. Who doesn't like a good ole' loaded baked potato-potahto.
