I GOT A CHEF will be making sushi platters this Saturday and Sunday! Spots are limited since word got out! 6 available for Sat, 4 available for Sunday! Great way to kick off the last week of school! Order up before they are gone! Afternoon deliveries will be available for an extra charge.

Hot off the press! Jmo’s magazine debut featuring her daddy! I was so honored that .magazines asked to have my daughter be in the magazine with me! Since a young age, Jamison has always been by my side in the kitchen at home. Just like how I was with my Mom in the kitchen at a young age. Jmo’s has learned the basics in knife skills, breaking down whole fish, other proteins, to cooking them. She was a big help with the plates for this magazine shoot and put her own touches on them!

I GOT A CHEF is putting together summer sessions for kids and young adults to properly learn basic knife skills, breaking down products with minimal waste, to cooking a great meal with that product. Contact me for more details if you are interested in a class!

Talk about Crazy the last couple of weeks!! This is round 1 of 2 with the Photo Bombs, everything from corporate drop offs, MULTIPLE platters days, to full blown events! June is booking up with graduation’s right around the corner, along with July bookings as well!

Soooooooo Jamison and I did a thing.. This is the 2nd time in a year Discover Magazines has put pages out about I GOT A CHEF! This time we switched it up and have Jmo’s in the shoot! This shoot was focusing on cooking classes with kids and young adults. Everything to basic knife skills all the way to breaking down products and making a great meal with them! I want to thank Gilda Adler on taking some awsome photos and all the help she has done for this process!

One of our food vendors for 22nd Annual May Ride and Family Festival had to pull out due to staffing issues so Delish Dogs and I GOT A CHEF both stepped up to fill the gap with the 200 lunches we were falling short...This is AWESOME and thanks to both of these wonderful businesses.
