International DJ/producer duo SUNANA stands at the forefront of Tech House & Afro Latin influenced electronic music. international music scene. Their show on Select Radio (UK’s Number 1 Dance Station) showcases high profile guests every week, including AMÉMÉ, Afrojack, Oliver Heldens, Nausica, Gregor Salto, Martin Garrix, Timmy Trumpet, DJ Kone & Marc Palacios and Maz. Famously sampled by Barry Can’t Swim and licensed to Ninja Tune, their club hit ‘Quimbara’ was reintroduced at the start of Summer 2024. Featuring on BBC Radio as #1 Hottest Record, with plays from Pete Tong, Danny Howard and Sarah Story it rapidly climbed the national charts. SUNANA have performed at prestigious events and iconic venues across the world including TV Festival of Monaco, Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Glastonbury Festival, and Wembley Arena crowning 25 years as entertainers. HOW TO BUILD YOUR STRENGTH ⬇️⬇️⬇️

- ⁠Meditate for 10 minutes every morning (Sun’s tip) ✌🏾

I have been meditating for 10 minutes every morning since 17th April 2018 (I remember the date because I eat lots of blueberries 😉) and it has transformed my mindset. It makes me feel more in control, more at peace as I go about my day and it helps my focus and memory too. I use the Great Meditation YouTube channel 📹

- Have a handful of blueberries as a snack 🫐

We love blueberries (as does Jasper our furry bro, but he prefers them frozen) and they are a great snack for when we want a boost of energy - they are also great for keeping your mind sharp and healthy 🧠

- ⁠Use the Reminders app 🗓

Reminder apps are like a supportive friend for our minds when things get 🤯 By remembering things for us, they free up mental space and help us feel more confident as we know what we’re doing. It means we can focus more on things that really matter, especially if it’s a particularly busy time. We love Apple Reminders, Google Tasks and Todoist ✅

- ⁠Read or listen to an audiobook before bed (Ana’s tip) 📚 🎧

Sun isn’t a big fan of reading but I have read every night before bed since I was 4 - even if sometimes I keep reading the same sentence for a week because I fall asleep instantly 😂 It helps to clear my mind. Sun saw how well I sleep so started listening to audiobooks - he recently loved “Manifest” by Roxie Nafousi and “Votre attention est votre superpouvoir” by Fabien Olicard 😴

- ⁠Speak to the universe, it listens 👂

Sun and I literally talk to the universe - sometimes out loud! Sun’s secret tip is to put his AirPods in on the bus and speak in French - people just think he is on the phone 😂. Putting our emotions and thoughts into words helps us get things straight in our mind - goals, worries, struggles, things we are grateful for…

About SUNANA

SUNANA is a London-based DJ/producer duo composed of Sun Philips and Ana Her. An explosive mix of endless energy, positive vibes and top quality tunes, the dynamic pair tailor each of their special sets to each individual venue and client.

Ana and Sun hail from two very different musical backgrounds; Ana studied classical music at the Royal Academy of Music and Sun was a rapper and ragga man in the French urban scene. The pair united through their mutual love for House and Latino music a number of years ago and have never looked back.

The duo have an impressive 25 years combined DJing experience, playing in hundreds of venues across the world including Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Glastonbury Festival, the Barbican and Wembley Arena.

SUNANA, known for their impeccable music taste and unrivalled feel-good energy, have produced more than 500 remixes between them. They also release The Six Pack, their original pack of mashups, every month.
