Have s request for a B-Day cake due tomorrow evening. Anime Character on the top of the cake and the rainbow somewhere on the cake. Just finished mixing up a little over 6 lbs. of white chocolate buttercream frosting. Now to work on the piping gel colors. only 5 colors for the anime character. pictures to follow once cake is done.

Last of the orders for this year are done. One is an all chocolate cake and the other is a vanilla/chocolate cake. The last one has 2 layers of vanilla/chocolate checkered cake with a vanilla cake in between .
