The Chromatouch Dome is an exciting digital engine for making scintillating audio visuals come to life in 360º. No empty space. No suspension of disbelief.

Chromatouch director Leon Trimble has a passion for audio visual collaboration with DJs, Rock Bands, Classical Musicians, Contemporary Dancers, Experimental Theatre and has a track record of working with organisations such as Shambala Festival, Global Gathering, Ars Electronica, Southbank Centre, Birmingham Science Museum, Thinktank Planetarium and many more. e live engine that harnesses the latest digital tech to bring visual content to life in 360º and audio in full diffussed surround. Live in the sense that the digital engine is a living breathing system that processes input from performers: wireless camera feeds, audio streams, infrared depth sensing tracking info, hand gestures facial tracking, etc. and this is used to perform the experience from a multimedia point of view - linking these streams of data to live generated 3D environments, prerendered images and video, even one another, to create a spatialised stage set orchestrated with and by the live performers - generated and augmented by them under the guidance of the digital production team to create stories, installations and digital art experiences that the audience are not only witness to, but part of. Immersed fully, from the top of the dome to the ground beneath their feet. No fourth wall.
