This weekend! August 18 & 19 is the Flathead Blues Festival on the grounds of the Harbor Grille. Be sure to buy tickets early for one of the blues cruises! The stage sits next to the water, there is a BBQ buffet, cold libations, friendly wait staff, local and national blues performers, and loads of parking across the street. Please no pets, coolers, or food allowed into the venue. Come and say hello at our FVBS blues booth while you are there. FVBS' mission statement is "Support Your Local Blues Scene"so we will see you there!

Two Big Blues Shows and small crowds! Come on out (unless you have the sniffles) Tonight at the Tailing Loop Winery: Big Time performances in the traditional blues singer-guitarist format where our four solo blues competitors perform for a panel of judges and of course you! One performer will be new to you all but has paid his blues dues out there on the road, one you may have seen at our End of the Summer Blues Fest, one you know very well, and one that will make you go "Oh Yeah!". Saturday the show starts at 4 PM. On stage at the Kalispell Elks will be two bands competing to represent Montana in the Washington State Blues Society's International Blues Challenge in June. A blues jam will follow to prime you for the Grammy Award nominated national recording artist Randy McAllister. It is going to be a wonderful Blues Time at both shows.
